![]() ![]() I've pasted the DDS report and attached the longer one in. If anyone could take a look, I'd really appreciate it. I'm concerned that it may be a rootkit issue seeing as I recently had to deal with a fraudulent credit card charge. While this program was open, I attempted to run RKill, when STOPzilla popped up claiming it deleted and blocked the following infections: Everything before STOPzilla essentially only found tracking cookies and deleted them, but that program turned up 36 instances of 8. I've already run a handful of programs in an attempt to find a solution online (I know, not the best idea to do without supervision), including TDSSKiller, Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro, the ESET Online Scanner, CCleaner (to sweep up whatever was lying around), and STOPzilla. The other day Windows informed me that it has detected TrojanDownloader:Win32/Adload.DA on my computer and that it has stopped my computer from working properly 4 times already (the last about one week ago). The next two replies are as follows in order, (1) FRST.txt and (2) Addition.Hey guys, first time on the forums. I did a MalwareBytes scan post-reboot, and then restarted the computer, but sadly the problem persists. dll file is referenced everytime, no matter what the executable is, and again the executable runs fine. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. The popup looks like:Ĭ:\PROGRA~3\Wincert\WIN54C~1.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. The program would run fine after hitting "OK". It was working fine until this morning, where I had to do a system restore to fix an issue, and then upon reboot, a lot of Bad Image popups started occurring when I try and run any program on the machine. I also installed driver updates for this particular computer's hardware. I need help, I ran MalwareBytes and had the program fix issues last night. I have been working on a family computer that was heavily infected.
